Fees / Refund Policy
Fee includes sessions, lunch, Tuesday reception, coffee breaks
and written materials. Payment must be received in U.S. dollars. Checks
must be written
against a U.S. Bank. VISA or MasterCard are accepted.
Registrations
will be accepted by mail or fax (+1.858.565.9954).
A refund less $50 will be allowed if requested in writing no later than,
February 13,
2007. We regret that refunds cannot be granted after February 13, 2007.
