Deconvolution Imaging Core
Brian Smith with the Deconvolution Microscope
This instrument peers into the cancer cell to determine if the molecules
which we have developed to target and block cancer signals within the cancer
cell reach their intended cellular destination. Lens and cameras lose sharpness
with magnification. Through technology that was developed for the Hubbell
Telescope for astronomy, this microscope gives the sharpest images at high
magnification of all the light microscopes.
